[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #1846: A number of common print job options is undocumented in the "options.html" file

When checking for the texttops filter option "wrap" in the documentation, I
found it was not described. 

Upon further checking, I found there are some more quite common job
options which are not mentioned in the options.html file (second column is
what are the likely filters which would apply the option to the job file):

  blackplot             # hpgltops
