[cups.general] Is http://www.linuxprinting.org/beh.html still useful with cups 1.2.X?

Then I must update my previous posting:

Partially, if you only want to set immediate disabling of the queue,
5 (or N) times repeating of the job with 5-minute (or configurable)
intervals and then discarding the job, or ignoring the problem and
immediately discarding the job, you are fine with CUPS 1.2.

If you want to have more configurability, beh still makes sense. Extra
functionality:

 - Infinite retries
 - Do a finite number of retries, after that disable the queue
 - Retry interval and number of retries can be configured per printer

Feature request for CUPS 1.2.x/1.3:

 - Infinite retries
 - Disable the queue after the give retries are done without success
 - Retry interval and number of retries can be configured per printer
 - All this configurable in the web interface
