Hello Peter!
The filter "foomatic-rip" is missed. This is part of the foomatic project.
Your PPD file contains a line like this one:
*cupsFilter: "application/vnd.cups-postscript 0 foomatic-rip"
Please read http://www.linuxprinting.org/foomatic.html
At least you have to download and install
http://www.linuxprinting.org/download/foomatic/foomatic-filters-3.0.2.tar.gz
I also suggest to install ghostscript (you can find on CUPS homepage),
before you install foomatic-filters!
