Reading the docu helps, too :-)

Allow from @LOCAL would open access to your print server's resources
via all local interfaces (eth0, eth1, ..., wlan0, lan0,... whatever
they are named). Something most people don't like.

It is set to "localhost" as *default* for a reason...
