[cups.general] cant print

no teh ipp backend does not exist. Where can I get it? I have re-emerged cups,  
ghostscript-esp, foomaitc etc...The only thing in teh dir is an executable 
epson. 
This is an hp3600 connected directly via 10baseT at 192.168.14.191.


I am researching the other issues, although the 192.168.14.* is my LAN.
