Assuming the same distro, same CUPS version and same Ghostscript used
(GS if there are non-PostScript printers involved), copying

-- all of /etc/cups/ppd/* from system A to system B
  -- /etc/cups/printers.conf from system A to system B
  -- /etc/cups/cupsd.conf from system A to system B

should create a complete clone.

However, cupsd.conf may need adaption of IP and broadcast addresses,
ServerName and some such to the new system.

Cheers,
Kurt
