cups-polld exits or crashes

My previous post above runs under AIX.

The Solaris client, when running cups-polld by itself, polls all the
printers. However, when starting cupsd, polling starts and retrieves a
number of printer then exits midway the process. See the following
output(debug2):

The polling process appears to be a common problem between the two
clients(AIX - polling crashes, Solaris - polling exits) where it quits
while polling. I hope the above log provides some clue.
