When this happens cupsd is still running but cups-polld is not. So when
I ran "/opt/TWWfsw/cups121/lib/daemon/cups-polld occam503 631 900 631",
it errors:
ERROR: [cups-polld occam503:631] get-printers failed: client-error-bad-request
