This applies to _all_ files and printing by any means. Attached one  
file, which prints as landscape, but on portrait oriented paper, i.e.  
about one third is cropped from the right side of the page.

The system is Gentoo linux:

Linux madpasot-104-105 2.4.25_pre6-gss #1 Sun Mar 7 22:57:32 Local  
time zone must be set--see zic manua i686 Celeron (Mendocino) GNU/Linux
