[cups.development] [RFE] STR #1806: Selectively broadcast printers to networks/hosts

It would be nice to selectively hide printers
based on hosts and/or networks. Basically the BrowseAddress
feature that is currently globally based should be allowed
in printers.conf. Perhaps a different name should be shown.
Currently a printer is shared or not but where it is shared
to is dependent on general Browse commands.

It boils down to printers seen versus accessible printers.
I don't want certain groups of users even being able to
see certain printers depending on what host or network
they're logged into.
