[cups.general] Mac X and cups printing

Found little on this subject and what I found does not seem to work. 
Sorry if I missed something in advance.

I am having a problem with a mac user and cups printing. The user has a 
mac 10.3.9 and he is unable to print consecutive pages. For example, he 
will try to print a job and it will print 1 page out of 20. Also, a  
blank page will come out after the first one and nothing else afterwards.
