[cups.general] Printing problems with files from the command line

Postscript files made with firefox with the command print to file can be viewed with my poscript viewer (ggv)
but cannot be printed: lp FileName" just wake up the printer but does not go beyond a few noise.

Files saved from gvim are print without problems with "lp filename".

Comparing logs from different tries, it seems that lines between %%BeginSetup and %%EndSetup are missing when there's no printing. But there's no errors in the logs as far as I can see. It looks like something is missing in some situation.
