[cups.general] Printing Oracle Forms through CUPS is not working correctly

have set up configurations in CUPS for printing invoices and  bills of
lading to Epson printers.  The job prints but does not go to top of form
before starting the next job.  This was working with our Oracle setups
on UNIX but since moving to Linux we are having this problem.  Is there
anything in the printer setup that can be changed to ensure that a top
of form is done after each job?
