Somebody here who can tell me how to send a "raw"-flag within a 
printerjob sent from a windows client to a Linux server with CUPS?
CUPS always claims:
E [16/Mar/2006:17:56:53 +0100] print_job: Unsupported format 
'application/octet-stream'!
I [16/Mar/2006:17:56:53 +0100] Hint: Do you have the raw file printing 
rules enabled?
