CUPS 1.2b2 - 426 Upgrade Required

I had successfully installed and configured CUPS 1.2svn,r5127(still
with bugs but t'was expected) on an AIX system and am able to get to
the admin pages with the Location directives I specified without using
HTTPS.

Is https required to access admin pages from 1.2b2 and on?
