CUPS-Add-Modify-Printer: Unauthorized

Hello all.

I have 1.2b2 installed and am now trying to add a new printer queue
to test with. Upon doing so, the printer never gets added and the
error_log is filled with "CUPS-Add-Modify-Printer: Unauthorized".

I've changed file permission settings and giving all access in the
configuration file to no avail.

While entering info from the web interface, I'm also monitoring the
error_log. You'll see some notes in-between the error_log file as I
correlate my entries and how CUPS is responding to them. The following
is a sample from the error_log:

The web interface never finishes and the error_log just get filled with
the Unauthorized messages.

I have temporarily changed the permission for /etc/cups/ppd to 775, it
never asked me to put in the User name and Password but still spewing
out Unauthorized messages in error_log and it never finishes.

I've Allowed All for /admin in my configuration file to no avail.

Any suggestion or comment on how to fix this is appreciated.
