[cups.general] Cups and windows

Hi,

I've noticed that when I setup the printing in windows and tell it to
connect to a cups printer, it passes the windows login information to
cups instead of the username and password which gets entered when
setting up the printer.  Is this a windows or a cups problem?  How would
I go about fixing this so that only properly authenticated (via the
username and password option in the printer settings) people can print
in windows.
