My notebook can`t see my printer

Hello. I have a small network, with 6 computers, one of those is the /home server, and an other is the printing server.
That`s ok, no problem...

But today an user, that usually plugs his notebook on my network, told me that it isn`t being possible to ¨see¨ the printer as a network printer. So, it isn`t beeing possible to print.

Does anyone knows what should I do??
