[cups.general] Unable to get Zebra label printer and Tec B-430 Barcode printers working

Hello,

We have Zebra label printers in the S500 and S600range and TEC B-430
Barcode printers. These are connected to the network via print servers
using the comm port connection. The prints sent to the devices just
queue. The specific drivers for these machines cannot be found in the
printtool. Please advise how these should be set up? We have used the
Generic, Text file option.
