[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #1468: Help page for subscriptions.conf not written yet

I have installed a rather recent version of CUPS 1.2 from Subversion, rev
5239, The help pages in the web interface look very complete there. But I
found one entry which seems to contain only cut-and-paste garbage and not
real content.

It is the page for the file subscriptions.conf in the References section
of the help system. From the second sentence on it seems to be a copy of
the page for classes.conf.

Should the plans of using a subscriptions.conf have been abandoned, please
remove this page, otherwise please fill it in.
