[STR Closed w/o Resolution]

This is done on purpose - all remote print queues will queue the job
locally, and we will not be changing that or the printcap we generate.

The information in the printcap file is only informational - the "rm"
field is only included to prevent certain legacy apps from bypassing CUPS
and trying to submit jobs directly to the spool directory - believe it or
not, they exist... :( Likewise, listing the local server name prevents
legacy clients from trying to send jobs directly to the remote machine.

In short, this is working as designed and desired by us. The user can
locally patch his version if he wants to use p->hostname instead of
ServerName.

Also, WRT his comment about using the printcap file with Samba, he should
be using the CUPS interface to Samba, otherwise he *will* run into
problems cancelling and otherwise controlling jobs and printers.
