[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #1511: Error message not translated in web interface

For example, go to printers page, and then click "Delete Printer". Then you
see a confirmation page. Accept it. You can see next error not localized:
"Unauthorized". See "cups1.png"

Also, when you are adding a printer, the browser ask you for an username
and a password. If you press 'cancel', you obtain an error page with "401
Unauthorized". See "cups2.png".
