This is one of two KDE bugs related to CUPS 1.2:

    115891 KDE doesn't work with CUPS 1.2
    124157 KDEprint incorrectly uses private CUPS APIs _ipp_add and ...

Basically, they've been doing things with private APIs and structures for
a while now and are now getting bit by it.

The final CUPS 1.2 release includes (temporary) compatibility functions
with the old names, but they will be removed in a future 1.2.x patch
release.
