New Hostname

I've installed the latest version of CUPS but I've had a rethink on the hostname so changed it on the DNS and the machine itself (I'm not sure how I change it in CUPS), though when people connect to the printers in Windows it still comes up with the old hostname.

In Printers and Faxes the printers are listed as:

<printer> on <oldhostname>

but I want the new hostname.

I've tried searching all the files in /etc/cups for the old hostname but can't find it.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
