page formats are missing in windows printer dialog for cups printer

Hi @all,

I set up a cups server (1.1.23-12 from Debian Etch) which serves the jobs for our HP Designjet 750C+ DIN A0 plotter which works fine.
The cups server is connected to samba (3.0.22) which also works fine. The printers have been successfully setup with the new (v6) CUPS windows postscript driver and cupsaddsmb as described in the Samba-Howto-Collection and are working almost perfect.

You know it already a *but* is comming:
In the windows printer settings dialog I am missing most of the page formats which are defined in the PPD (on the cups server in /etc/cups/ppd and even on the client in the drivers directory and the bpd-file on the client).
Do you have any idea, why this happens?

I thought it might have something to do with the interaction between Win2K Postscript driver, Cups PS driver extension and the four cups backed printers on that client that all use this driver, but I have no idea where to start with my investigations.
