[cups.general] Is it possyble to print a draw on A4 paper size with margins...

Hello!

Is it possyble to print a draw on A4 paper size with margins from the 
edge of the paper with margin lines dimensions:
from the top of the paper: 0.5 mm
from the bottom of the paper: 0.5 mm
from the left of the paper: 20 mm
from the right of the paper: 0.5 mm?

My problem is that that the imageable area of my printer isn't so big 
to print these margin lines on an A4 paper size, so my printer dont 
print the margin line at 0.5 from the bottom edge of the paper.

There missing the lower margin line and some part of both side margin 
lines from the bottom edge of the paper up to 12 mm.

Is there some solution for this with my printer of 
HP Business Inkjet 1000 or must I buy a plotter for A4 piper size to get 
the whole draw printed out?

Any advices will be appreciated!
