POST /admin/ HTTP/1.1" 401 0 in access_log

Every now and then, our CUPS Ver 1.1.20 gets slow, esp the browse (port 631) service. The /var/log/cups/access_log displays thousands of the following:

Recycling cups cures sometimes for months, sometime just for a day. (In addition to our daily recycle of cups).
