Yes.

Right now there is no automatic method, however I do know of a few
people that are using rsync to pull configuration updates from a
"master" server to the "slave" servers.

Basically, you want to mirror the /etc/cups/printers.conf file and
/etc/cups/ppd directory between the servers.
