[cups.general] Printer Desatived ( Broken )

I used Cups-1.1.22-0.rc1.9, Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS realease 4 (Nahant), Kernel 2.6.9-5-EL, i386, and stations Win98SE.
I have one problem : The printers, NOT ALL, desatived ( broken ) alone. I need ATIVED ( Desbloqued ) again ( lpadmin -p usuario-hp1320 -v lpd://192.168.1.5/usuario-hp1320 -E.
Whats the problem ? Who is  the problem ? When is resolved ?
