Forwarding jobs to another queue

I get the same problem at home if I try and forward jobs directly to
another queue on 1.2.1, although at home I get an error message in
error_log (which I couldn't find when I had this problem before).

(Unsupported format 'application/octet-stream'!)!

It's bound to be something I've done wrong, any Ideas?
