Windows WMI and CUPS IPP

I do have a small problem, I cannot use CUPS driver because it gives me 
wrong colors, so I use my own drivers, but there is no accounting
decided to make a small program on client side that will use WMI to monitor 
print queue and report total pages printed per session, but it does not 
return any values

I tried local, SMB and IPP print with the same driver, and everything works 
ok, only IPP does not report back, any ideas why this would be happening?
