This is a common issue and, unfortunately, Xpdf doesn't do the right thing
for printer features so we can't "fix" this problem...

If you use the "fitplot" option in CUPS 1.2, it will disable setpagedevice
and yield the correct output, and of course if you just print the PDF file
directly (which uses a modified version of Xpdf...) then you will
similarly get the right output...
