[cups.general] Samba/CUPS printer stopped

Hello there,

I am using a printer connected to a windows NT computer, which is shared 
properly.
I can access to that printer from my Linux/Debian computer BUT :
when I shut down the windows computer, the printer is marked as stopped 
(fair enough) however, when I switch back on this computer, the printer 
does not start automatically.

Is it normal ?
It is quite annoying to start the printer manually each time I restart 
this windows machine... Maybe it is a samba trick ?
