Unable To See Who Is Printing

We have stood up a CUPS server at work for all of our printing via Windows & Linux. The server funs great with one exception. I am unable to see who is printing what via CUPS. He have had someone printing material that could be seen as "xxx" or not work appropriate.

When I log onto the CUPS server, I am unable to see who is printing what.

Can someone please help me get CUPS to where I can see which user is sending each job request through CUPS?
