[cups.general] Quota limit reached

Hi All,

I am having Problems to print.
The cups server says,
Quota limit reached

This message comes when i print from any system. Also when i am
print a test page.

I have a second printer which goes fine.

This also happens when i print from Windows and
Linux and directly from the Server.

Any Idea
