HP DeskJet D2360 does not print -- no errors

Turns out that the PPD file I configured for the printer using the CUPS web interface was incorrect.  I was given two choices in the web interface  -- CUPS 1.2 Deskjet (en) and CUPS 1.2 New Deskjet (en).  Neither of them worked.  The D2300 HPIJS PPD was not found on my system.

I downloaded the D2300 PPD from linuxprinting.org on the suggestion of the HPLIP folks and reconfigured using their utility (hp-setup).  The printer is working fine now.
