Cups 1.2.6 SNMP discovery crashes HP LaserJet 2420DN

This is a known firmware bug in HP printers, triggered by IPP
requests.  STR #2055...

Currently there is no way to disable individual printers, but you can
chmod 0 /usr/lib/cups/backend/snmp to disable SNMP scans.
