Print Queueing questions

Hey

I am a little confused on the whole print Queuing for cups. When I add a printer through the Web interface how would I know what the name of the printer queue is?

Is it possible to rename a printer queue to a different name?

What I would like to do is basically setup two print Queues, printing to the same printer. One queue will just be for color printing the other will be just black and white; has anyone ever done this?
