[cups.general] printing using linux PC

Hi All,

We are using CUPS printing system . I want to set up a print queues on 
my custom made Tablet PC running on Embedded Linux with PXA-255
 chip. Printer is attached  to a Microsoft Windows machine which is 
sharing a printer over SMB network . How do I go about OR
Is there a way which allows me to set up print queue without installing 
a  SAMBA on my Tablet PC.

Any guidance or sujestion is high appreciated.
