Printings to cups with PCL w/cups banners

Apologies if this problem has already been addressed, I was unable to anything about it.

I have a problem with printing to a cups server from a windows OS when the windows driver is set to produce a PCL-raw format and job sheets/banners.  I have setup HP laserjet printers with and without job sheets....

Here is a summary of the problem:

* windows driver with PS  w/job-sheets -- job sheets + job prints
* windows driver with PCL w/job-sheets -- job sheets print, but not job
* windows driver with PCL w/o job-sheets  -- job prints fine
* windows driver with PS w/o job-sheets  -- jobs prints fine

I tried debugging this problem and I found that cups recognizes the PCL job as raw, attaches the job sheet and exits without any errors.  It looks like the job goes to the printer, but the printer refuses to print anything after the job page header.

The cups version I'm using is 1.2.4.  We are upgrading from a previous version 1.1, where the windows PCL driver and the job sheets work.
