[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #2113: copy_model() should wait longer than 30s for PPD

copy_model() in scheduler/ipp.c waits for up to 30 seconds for cups-driverd
to return a PPD.  The foomatic driver might take longer than that on slow
machines.  It has to collate information from several thousand XML files.
