[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2129: Deleting IPP printer shared from another machine incorectly redirects browser

This is working as intended.  Deleting a shared printer locally will only
delete it temporarily - you have to delete it from the server to make the
change stick (and delete it locally, too...)
