Hi Have an issue where cups send the print job to the default tray. On all printers except Ricoh this works fine. On Ricoh printers (Multifunction devices) it ALWAYS goes to tray 2. Which causes problems when this contains A3. What can I do to stop this? Selecting a different tray makes no difference....
