Can't add printer in WinXP via IPP

Neil, try to open Port 80 in you cupsd.conf and connect again your 
printer in this way.

Other solution is get ESP Print Pro Windows Cups Client form 
http://www.easysw.com/printpro/software.php and install you printers 
with this program...
