Can't add printer in WinXP via IPP

Neil,

I saw your cupsd.conf and it look very well. You use Cups 1.1.22, try to 
use 1.1.23, the last stable version on 1.1. branch
I have a lot of Windows Clients printing in 1.1.23 over ipp or http with 
  cups 1.1.23 version. Try to upgrade to this version..
