[cups.general] Update from 1.1.22 to 1.2.5 : old-style web interface

Hello,

I have already done it.

I can access the cups server, it's just that the web interface style is 
not updated (white background, old-style buttons...)

It can not be the local cache in my computer because it's the same thing 
when I try from another machine.
