[cups.general] Update from 1.1.22 to 1.2.5 : old-style web interface - SOLVED

OK solved my problem :

I have to set the english language in the web browser in order to look 
at the new web interface.
I didn't know that the french interface had not been implemented yet, 
that's why the 'fr' directory contains the old web files.
