[cups.general] Update from 1.1.22 to 1.2.5 : old-style webinterface - SOLVED

When you generated your MakeFile , you must specified this option

--with-languages

#/./configure --with-languages ="en fr"

By default Configure use this set installed languages, default="de es ja 
pl sv"
