The file does not conform to the Adobe Document Structuring
Conventions.

The Pages comment needs to show the correct number of pages.

The EndComments comment needs to occur before the BeginSetup
comment.

The graphics state should not be changed in the document setup
section, as that will not work with any printers that require
PageSetup commands.  In particular, the $F2psBegin procedure is
used outside a page definition, but $F2psEnd is used at the end
of the first page.  This will likely cause a stack underflow...

Finally, the file contains two Page comments for the first (and
only) page.
