Remote host did not respond with command status byte after 300seconds!

Hi Michael,

I have already tried ?timeout=1800 which should be more than enough time to complete the print job. The first print job completes in under 4 minutes, yet I still get this error in the logs. When I increased the timeout to 1800 it made no difference.
